Online booking for physiotherapists
Marchlight takes appointments online for physiotherapists, and sends reminders so fewer of them are missed. It costs $39 a month for the whole business, however many staff you have.
What a missed appointment costs a physio practice
Physio diaries are full of repeat appointments, so one forgotten session also pushes back the next one in the course.

Most missed appointments are forgotten, not cancelled on purpose. A confirmation, then a reminder 24 hours and 2 hours before with a link to move the slot, recovers many of them. We cannot promise a specific reduction for your business.
How it works for physiotherapists
- Each physio has their own rota, and a service like MSK assessment or sports massage has its own length and cleanup gap.
- Follow-up appointments can be rebooked by the patient from the reminder email, so the course does not stall when someone cannot make a slot.

What it does not do
